short film in coorperation with Linde Faas

The young traveler Thom is stranded in a strange city. His companion was killed and his shadow, which transformed in the shape of a dog, has been swallowed by the City. Thom tries to seek help when he encounters the inhabitants, but they are caught in their own shadows. The shadows of the City get a hold on Thom as well, but when a mysterious dog crosses his path, Thom finds a way to escape.

“part two: Construction”

Second part of the diptych ‘Woensdagen/Constructie’ in which the construction of sex is explored.

Young Lawyer Sabine (27) has her first case. A lot depends on this important point in her career. While the case about sexual abuse withe the once eight year old Kris develops in a positive manner, the now twenty year old Kris struggles with his sexuality while being with a girl for the first time.

Every Wednesday, 8-year old Kris accompanies 28-year old Willem to the swimming pool where they have a whole lot of fun together. They swim, go down the slide and eat fries. Just when Kris thought that this was the usual fun-filled Wednesday, Willem confronts him with a frightening request.
